Our History

Founded in 2021, the All Oil Field Workers Union (AOFWU) has been at the forefront of protecting workers' rights in the oil industry for over 04 years.

What began as a small group of dedicated workers has grown into one of the most influential unions in the energy sector. Our journey has been marked by significant achievements in workplace safety, fair wages, and worker representation.

Throughout our history, we've successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts, implemented groundbreaking safety protocols, and fought tirelessly for the rights of oil field workers across the nation.
